Accompanied viewings shortlisted against budget, commute and schooling, with lease terms negotiated on the assignee's side of the table.
School search
State, independent or international curricula, timed with the home search because catchment decides the postcode more often than the other way round.
Temporary housing
Serviced apartments that bridge arrival and tenancy start, booked for realistic durations rather than optimistic ones.
Immigration coordination
We coordinate timelines and paperwork with regulated immigration advisers. We are not immigration lawyers and will not pretend to be; we make sure the right ones are involved early.
Settling-in and tenancy management
Bank account, GP registration, utilities, council tax, the driving licence question, then inventory checks and renewals for as long as the tenancy runs.
Departure and repatriation
Lease endings, deposit recovery and deregistration when the assignment ends. The bit everyone forgets to budget for.
And because we are a travel company first, the flights, the pet in the hold and the grandparents visiting at Christmas all sit in the same file as the move itself.

What HR Teams Ask
Do you work with individuals, or only employers?
Mostly employers, from a single transfer to a rolling programme. That said, if you are relocating yourself and want the same support, ask. The work is the same; only the invoice changes.
Can you handle the visa?
We coordinate it rather than provide it. Immigration advice in the UK is regulated, so the advice itself comes from regulated advisers we bring in early. Our job is making sure the visa timeline, the tenancy start and the school term actually line up.
How long does a typical relocation take?
From green light to settled, allow eight to twelve weeks for most UK and European moves, longer where visas or school waiting lists are involved. The most common mistake is booking the removal van first and working backwards.
What does support for the partner look like?
Orientation, introductions and practical help aimed at the person who did not get the job offer but did get the move. It is the single best predictor of an assignment lasting, so we treat it as core, not an add-on.
