About us
Built Around One Simple Rule
The person who answers your first email is the person who books your flights, holds your file, and picks up the phone when something goes wrong at 2am in another time zone.
Why we work this way
No Queues. No Handovers.
Most travel goes wrong in the gaps. The agent who sold you the trip is not the one on shift when your connection fails, and the person who finally answers has never seen your booking before. You explain everything from the start, at the worst possible moment.
So PassagePoint is deliberately built without those gaps. Every client, private or corporate, is assigned one named consultant. They take the first enquiry, build the itinerary, make the bookings, and stay reachable until you are home. If they are asleep, the duty line wakes someone who can read your file, not a call centre reading a script.
We hold direct relationships with airlines, hotel groups and ground operators. That matters for a dull reason: it means the options we send you reflect real availability, not a screen-scrape that falls apart when you try to confirm it.
Named consultants
One person owns your file from first enquiry to return leg. No queue, no handover.
Protected money
Client funds held in trust and covered by our bonding.
Out of hours
A reachable duty line for disruption, in any time zone.
How a booking runs
From First Email to Welcome Home
You send the outline
Dates, people, the shape of the thing. Two sentences is plenty. A consultant replies within one working day.
We listen before we quote
A short call about what you actually want from the time away, or what your travel policy needs to allow. This is where most of the value is, so we do not skip it.
You get an itinerary, not a list
Built on real availability, with our reasoning attached. Tell us what to change and we change it.
We book and confirm
Tickets, rooms, transfers and the small things that make a trip feel handled. You get everything in writing before you pay.
We stay with the journey
Your consultant tracks the trip while it happens. Disruption gets dealt with before most clients notice it, and the duty line covers the hours in between.
The honest bit
We Are Not the Biggest. That Is the Point.
A global travel firm will offer you a bigger booking platform and a longer brochure. What it will not offer you is the same person twice.
We stay small on purpose, because the named-consultant model stops working the moment a client becomes a ticket number. If your company needs two hundred bookings a week across forty countries, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible. If you want travel handled by someone who knows your seat preference, your school run and which airline lost your bag last time, that is the job we built this company to do.
Four services, one file, one person who answers.
