Privacy Notice
What we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are. PassagePoint Ltd, a travel and corporate mobility company registered in England & Wales. For anything in this notice, contact hello@passagepoint.uk or +44 7478 047172.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this site, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, telephone number if you give it, where you want to travel, and your message. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person and not a script; Cloudflare processes limited technical data to do that.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the itinerary or proposal you asked for, and to make bookings you instruct us to make. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract once you book, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your travel: airlines, hotels, transfer companies and similar, and only the details they need to hold your booking. Some of those suppliers are outside the UK, which is in the nature of travel; where that happens we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law provides for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Booking records are kept for six years after travel, because tax and insurance rules require it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where the law allows, and object to or restrict some uses of it. Email hello@passagepoint.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The Cloudflare Turnstile widget on the enquiry form may set a cookie strictly to perform its bot check; it is not used to track you across other sites.
